Feeding my inner artist 2 minutes at a time
May 2011
ClosedLife has been more than a little hectic again lately and the only way I’ve been able to squeeze anything creative into my day is by doodling while I’m on the phone or waiting for something to happen. I’ve taken to documenting what I wear to work each day in my planner. I start with a fashion model template (wish I was that thin!!) and then I dress her..it’s like those paper doll things we used to get as kids, except this is way more fun! The sketches take less than two minutes each, but it’s enough to buoy my spirits and make me feel like I’m still in touch with what my heart really wants to be doing. DRAWING! These ones were completed over a couple of weeks.
